The jobs available through Will's Temps are 'real' jobs. These companies for some reason or other are in need of employees and we will fill those spots. If one of these companies becomes ready to open up the position to full-time and permanent, you as the Temp are perfectly positioned to be interviewed for that job.
Because the job is temporary does not necessarily mean it is a low paying job. You will be offered jobs based on your experience.
A temp job can last anywhere from 1 day to a couple of weeks, to even 9 months. If all goes well, it is always possible to be hired at the job permanently.
The beauty of working with Will's Temps is that you will get exposed to a variety of companies in a short period of time. After 3 or 4 assignments you will have a better awareness of what you are looking for, what you need and what type of work you enjoy.
